<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device capable of securing the high fastening strength with a power blocking material, and capable of reducing the power loss without reducing the strength even for a small diameter rotating shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The power transmission device is provided with a pulley 1, a hub 2, the power blocking material 3, and a cap 4 in which one side is screwed to a tip of the rotating shaft 5, and the other side is screwed to the power transmission material for transmitting the power from the power blocking material into the rotating shaft 5. In addition to the transmission at the screw fastening portion, the torque is transmitted between the rotating shaft and the cap using one bearing surface B out of a bearing surface A of a tip end face 5a formed in the rotating shaft and the bearing surface B of a screw root (diameter expanding portion) 5d or both the bearing surfaces A and B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
