PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply air in a cabin to a battery of a power supply device installed behind a seat without dropping the seating performance of the seat. SOLUTION: In a battery box 18 installed in a trunk room behind a rear seat 12 on which an occupant seats himself, a suction duct 19 to cool the battery by supplying the air from inside the cabin is arranged in the space between the rear seat 12 and the rear right door, and a suction port 19a of the duct 19 is left open below the seat cushion 12a seating surface of the rear seat 12, so that the air in the cabin can be supplied to the battery box 18 without impairing the seating performance of the rear seat 12. Because the suction port 19a of the duct 19 is offset up and aside relative to a blowout hole 48 for heating which opens facing the back, the hot wind is prevented from being sucked into the suction duct 19 from the suction port 19a, and it is possible to secure the cooling effect for the battery.
