A vacuum steam cleaner with a vacuum head part is provided to improve cleaning efficiency by sucking foreign matters and wiping dirt in a corner between a floor and a wall through attaching and detaching the vacuum head part and injecting steam. A vacuum steam cleaner includes a vacuum head part(10) for wiping out after sucking foreign matters and pollutant from a floor, and a steam injection part(20). Two or more protruded ends are formed symmetrically in the vacuum head part, and projected and inserted to the steam injection part. A storage part is formed in the steam injection part to move the protruded end back and forth, and an elastic body is contained in the storage part to push the protruded end forward. A sill is formed in the protruded end and the storage part to prevent the protruded end from being displaced.
