PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental restorative material composition having good handleability, such as elongation, and improved hanging property. SOLUTION: The dental restorative material composition is a pasty composition which contains a polymerizable monomer and a filler dispersed in the polymerizable monomer and is used for tooth restoration. The filler contains multi-gap virtually spherical particles which have a structure wherein a large number of needle-like constituents extend radially from the central part and of which the surface has been treated with a coupling material.
