Actuating drive (1) for a processing machine comprises a drive motor (16) and a transmission (6) designed as units that can be removably connected to each other via a coupling surface (17) so that the drive motor and the transmission can be joined together/removed from each other without removing or reconnecting the drive connection of the transmission to a device within the processing machine.
