A waterproofing electric wire pipe for buildings is provided to prevent a wire pipe from being easily damaged by elastically corresponding to outer force such as an extension, shrinkage, and bent deformation applied thereto. In a waterproofing electric wire pipe(1) for buildings formed like a cylindrical-shape host structure by coupling an unit with each rumple, a plurality of coupling projections(2) is formed on an external surface of the wire pipe(1) by an orderly arranged gap structure. A protective outer cover(3) made of a soft synthetic resin material is coated to the whole of the external surface of the wire pipe(1) by an uneven structure. An elastic insulation band(4) is wound on an outer circumference of the protective outer cover(3).
