PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid silicone rubber coating composition in which the occurrence of an odor derived from a fiber treating agent can be considerably reduced, and to provide an air bag having a considerably reduced odor. SOLUTION: The liquid silicone rubber coating composition comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane having two or more silicon atom-bound alkenyl groups on the average in a molecule, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two silicon atom-bound hydrogen atoms in a molecule only as a siloxane unit represented by the formula: R<SP>3</SP><SB>2</SB>HSiO<SB>1/2</SB>(wherein R<SP>3</SP>represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having no aliphatic unsaturated bond) and having no aliphatic unsaturated bond in a molecule, (C) an addition reaction catalyst, (D) a fine powder silica having a BET specific surface area of 50 m<SP>2</SP>/g or more, and (E) an adhesiveness-improving agent. The air bag comprises a bag-shaped base fabric and a rubber coating layer composed of a cured product of the composition applied to the surface of the base fabric. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
