PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount structure for a support member, and an attachment method for the support member capable of welding a support member to a member to be supported by a mainly simple welding facility, and capable of welding the support member providing mounting of a mounted object at a plurality of support points to the member to be supported without enlarging the member to be supported to which the support member will be welded. SOLUTION: Since each collar (attachment member) 40 and 42, and each joining fixing member (attachment member) 44 and 46 are plurally arranged on each bracket (support member) 24A and 24B, the mounted object can be supported by the plurality of support points by one bracket 24A (24B). By this, since there is no need to hold a cylinder tube between a plurality of brackets when supporting the mounted object by a plurality of support points, enlarging of the cylinder tube (the member to be supported) 14 can be prevented.
