PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform fitting/fixing work of a pull handle to an arm rest part with enrichment of beautiful appearance. SOLUTION: One engagement piece 44 engaged with a lower surface 32a of an opening 32, i.e., an engagement part of a side surface of an arm rest lower 37 and the other engagement piece 44 are formed on a vertical wall part 43 of the pull handle 40 and the pull handle 40 is attached to the arm rest lower 37 by engaging both engagement pieces 44, 45 with the lower surface 32a of the opening 32a to restrict a vertical direction of a vehicle body of the pull handle 40. An engagement projection 46 is provided to project on an outer side of a bottom wall part 41 of the pull handle 40, an engagement hole part 48 engaged with the engagement projection 46 is formed on a pull handle receiving part 33 and motion in a vehicle width direction of the pull handle is restricted by engagement with engagement hole part 48 by the engagement projection 46.
