<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system capable of providing a set of a photograph, a position, a direction, and time information from a site and providing these information so that a viewing person can see the positions and directions of past and present photographs (of sightseeing, construction sites and disaster fields) on a map at a glance. <P>SOLUTION: A photographer Ai transmits photograph image Hi with photograph identification information comprising a photograph image Bi, a position Ci, a photographing direction θi, a date, time information Di, a photographer's name, etc. of a disaster field e.g. (a construction site, a travel, observation, etc.) to a server 21 in a center by a mobile terminal 1 capable of transmitting scene photographs with positions/directions.
