PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably maintain an atmospheric pressure condition in a fuel tank all the time and process evaporated fuel in the fuel tank while eliminating the necessity of special piping. SOLUTION: A tank cap C mounted in an oil feeding port 11 in a fuel tank T is provided with an air vent 39 in which the inner end is opened inside the fuel tank T and the outer end is opened to atmosphere. The air vent 39 is connected with a canister N whose inside is charged with fuel absorbent 32.
