PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify formation of a play list which facilitates cutting off a CM in playback, when programs having the same CM inserting positions are video-recorded over multiple times. SOLUTION: In such a constitution for the disk recording/reproducing device that the playback is made by a recording/reproducing means 10 in accordance with the play list corresponded to the video/audio information to be objective for playback when the playback is instructed according to the play list, a duplicating means 22 is provided for forming a duplicated play list which is the play list having the same separation position as that of cells in an original play list which is the play list acquired by an acquisition means 21.
