PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for waist protection which exhibits effects for prevention of waist pain, activation of abdominal muscle/back muscle, and prevention of displacement of the pelvis of a worker engaged in sport, long distance driving and standing work for a long time, and is very useful from the view point of preventive medicine. SOLUTION: Fasteners are disposed on both ends of a strap belt body having elasticity in the belt for waist protection. The belt body is formed by bringing close with each other and unifying rubber materials different in rigidity in the longitudinal direction.
