PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made housing with high adhesivity to other members at a low cost for one type of a fluid bearing device. SOLUTION: The housing 7 constructing the fluid bearing device 1 is formed by a resin composition with polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) as a base resin. The resin composition has two or more epoxy groups in a molecule, and an epoxy compound with an epoxy index of 0.5 meq/g or more is made to have an epoxy group amount of 8 meq/100 g or more in a resin composition.
