Rail (1) has at least one seating channel (2a-2d) on at least one wall (1a-1d), stretching over the rails's length, to take screws (3) on which to fasten the assembly profile parts. Its width is smaller than the maximum thread width of the screws so that when the screws are screwed in between the side walls (4a-4d) of the channel its thread cuts into the relatively soft material of these walls and in this way they are anchored into the profile rail. The profile wall covers the seating channel at its top end and the cover is so thin that the screw can be pushed in through the cover manually or with a hammer and be pushed into the top end of the channel. There is a mark to help set the position of the screws on the outer edge of the profile wall with the receiving channel near the profile wall cover.
