A filtration apparatus for treating mica-containing wastewater and a wastewater treatment system based on the filtration apparatus, which have very low installation cost and operation cost for treatment of mica-containing wastewater, and are very economical and eco-friendly by completely reusing wastewater in an insulation tape manufacturing process, are provided. In a wastewater treatment system comprising a water collection apparatus(100), a filtration apparatus(200) and a recirculation apparatus(300), the wastewater treatment system is characterized in that: mica-containing wastewater generated from an impurity removal equipment(120), a high pressure crushing equipment(130) and a coating equipment(140) is collected in a water collection tank(110); wastewater reaching a predetermined amount is sent to the filtration apparatus by a raw water supply pump(150); the filtration apparatus comprises a filtration tank(210), a solid-liquid separator(220), a vacuum pump(230) and a vibration equipment(240); the vacuum pump lowers internal pressure of respective filtration units installed in the solid-liquid separator to provide filtration driving force; and liquid components separated from the filtration apparatus by the filtration driving force are stored in a clean water tank(310) and transferred to a high pressure crushing step of the insulation tape manufacturing process by a supply pump(320). |
