PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil crushing apparatus capable of crushing soil without unevenness. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a belt conveyer 2 carrying soil charged from a charging inlet 12 arranged at one end to the discharging outlet 14 on the other end and two or more crushing rotors 3 arranged side by side in the carrying direction and above the belt conveyer 2. The individual crushing rotors 3 have different rotational speeds: the rotational speed of the crushing rotor 3 on the side of the discharging outlet 14 is higher than that of the crushing rotor 3 on the side of the charging inlet 12.
