PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever engine capable of realizing non-pollution without exhausting exhaust gas by using an engine using natural gas (CNG) (LPG), electricity, a cell motor, and a photovoltaic power generation motor and a lever without using light oil and gasoline in an engine of a truck and an ordinary automobile. SOLUTION: A piston 2 and a crank shaft 3 are attached to the lever engine 1. The engine 13 is moved using natural gas (CNG) (LPG), electricity, the cell motor, and the photovoltaic power generation motor, a main power generation motor 4 is turned, a circular bar receiving rotary bar 7 is simultaneously turned, a lever vertically turning bar 9 is rotated, the lever 6 is vertically moved, the piston 2 is vertically moved, the crank shaft 3 on a lever engine 1 side is turned, and a power bar 14 is turned in an empty space to move the lever engine 1 and move the truck and the ordinary automobile.
