A watch is provided to healthily use a watch body by inserting a nano material and an aromatic material into a material of the watch to prevent propagation and generation of microorganism, germs, and bacteria in the watch body. A watch is formed of at least one material selected among a metal, a plastic, a composite resin, a mineral and at least one material obtained by mixing the same. And, the watch is characterized in that a silver nano(20) material of 0.01~30 weight% and a natural vegetable aromatic gas of 0.01~10 weight% is mixed into a body of the watch with respect to the overall 100 weight% of the watch. |
