A structure for mounting an outer door handle is provided to easily and stably mount the outer door handle to the inner side of a door panel by using a plate spring. A structure for mounting an outer door handle includes a protrusion(2), a support member(3), and a plate spring(4). The protrusion has an insertion hole formed in an outer door handle(1). The support member is attached to the outer door handle which can be caught to be supported. The plate spring has a boss inserted into the insertion hole of the protrusion. The plate spring is inserted into the support member and is supported by the support member to mount the outer door handle to a door panel. |
