A combustion apparatus using an inflammable waste fuel and an energy recovery system using the same are provided to improve the combustion efficiency as well as the complete combustion by reversely forming the injection directions of nozzles of the first and second oxygen supply pipes. A combustion apparatus using an inflammable waste fuel comprises a first combustion chamber(100) whose inner wall is made of a heat resisting material layer(102); a combustion apparatus(110) installed with plural semi-cylindrical injection nozzles(112) at a rotary plate(111), attached with plural scaffolds(114) at the lower end of the rotary plate, and mounted with a hollow shaft(116) at the lower side of the center of the rotary plate; a preheating burner(120) installed at the wall of the first combustion chamber; a first oxygen supply pipe(130) installed at the upper part of the preheating burner; a fuel supply apparatus(140) mounted at the upper part of the first oxygen supply pipe; a second oxygen supply pipe(150) vertically installed at the center of the first combustion chamber; and a discharge port(160) mounted at the wall of the first combustion chamber.
