A call center hosting service using an IP(Internet Protocol)-PBX(Private Branch Exchange) system and a VoIP(Voice over IP) service is provided to be capable of introducing and using a call center service by using the Internet and an IP phone only without installing a PBX system and a telephone network which were constructed in a company, thus the call center service can be smoothly introduced to the company. A PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) gateway(411) connects an Internet network(500) with a PSTN(200) where a company(600) which introduces and uses a call center hosting service makes a call center service possible by using an IP phone(610) connected to a virtual IP-PBX. An ARS(Automatic Response System) server(412) performs a voice automatic response service. An IP-PBX(413) manages and controls call center hosting service use company information, a connection number used by the company(600), and IP phone information, then takes charge of connection between IP phones. A VMS(Voice Mail System) server(414) notifies a customer of an absent state if the IP phone(610) is in absent state, and records the customer's message. A soft switch(415) makes communication with the external PSTN(200) possible. A billing server(416) calculates and manages communication charges with the outside.
