#CMT# #/CMT# The lath has two identical half units (2, 3) which are superposed and integrate an assembling unit (4) between the half units for forming the lath, where the unit (2) is in one position. The unit (3) is provided with respect to the unit (2), so that the unit (3) is superposed on the unit (2). The unit (4) comprises deformable zones that permit assembling the units (2, 3) by snap-in. The unit (4) comprises projections and hollow parts cooperating to reinforce the securing between the units (2, 3). #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a covering comprising a lath. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Lath e.g. plank, board, strip and shingle, utilized for constituting a part of a covering e.g. coping, inner or outer flooring (claimed) of a terrace and a covering of a ceiling and for being fixed to a floor. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The half units can be secured with each other without the utilization of independent fastening units. The arrangement of the lath is such that the half units can be replaced in an easy manner without the utilization of a tool and without damaging the half units. A damaged half unit can be removed easily and replaced by a new half unit. The lath can be fixed to the floor without being dependent of the adjacent lath and without using fastening units. The components of the lath can be manufactured industrially by extrusion in a simple manner.
