An organic light emitting device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to correct time difference due to an optical path difference by optimizing a thickness of a substrate or a polarizing film when arranging a light emitting layer at front and rear sides of the substrate. In an organic light emitting device(200), a substrate(210) has a front side(210a) and a rear side(210b) corresponding to the front side(210a). At least two pixels emitting a different color each other are arranged on the substrate(210). At least one of the two pixels is arranged on the front side(210a) of the substrate(210) and the remaining pixel is arranged on the rear side(210b) of the substrate(210). |
