PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently diffuse ion into a room and to efficiently perform ventilation and ion supply in a ventilating device mounted on a ceiling of the room for supplying ion into the room. SOLUTION: This ventilating device 1 for supplying ion comprises a casing 2 connected with an outside air duct 3a for sucking the outside air, an air supply opening 3b formed on the casing 2 for supplying the outside air into the room, a suction opening 4a and a supply opening 5b formed on the casing 2, and a sirocco fan 4b mounted in the casing 2 for sucking the indoor air from the suction opening 4a and supplying the same from the supply opening 5b. An ion generator 5a is mounted between the suction opening 4a and the supply opening 5b in the casing 2, partitions 6, 7 are mounted for partitioning the outside air sucked from the outside air duct 3a and supplied into the room from the air supply opening 3b, and the air sucked from the suction opening 4a and supplied into the room from the supply opening 5b, and the air supply opening 3b is mounted in adjacent to the supply opening 5b.
