A low-torque pack seal structure for an automobile wheel bearing is provided to realize a low torque, reducing a noise, and increasing a life of pack seal by forming a first side lip and a second lip to be contacted to an internal iron in a vertical direction with respect to a rotary center line. In a low-torque pack seal structure for an automobile wheel bearing, an internal iron(20) facing an external iron(10) of a bearing forms a predetermined space therebetween. A lip unit(31) is formed at a rubber member(30) for preventing dust and mud water from permeating into a space between the internal iron and the external iron, wherein the rubber member is attached to the external iron. And, the lip unit includes a mud lip(31a), a first side lip(31b), and a second side lip(31c).
