PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron drive power source which is small in size and has secured a necessary installation distance. SOLUTION: A shunt resistor 5 is arranged between a heat radiation plate 6 and a rectifier element 101 installed on the heat radiation plate 6 and a switching element 205, and a cut strip 601 on the substrate 7 side of the heat radiation plate 6 is located on the shunt resistor 5 side. Thereby, spacing between the heat radiation plate 6 and the rectifier element 101, and the switching element 205 can be taken wide, and therefore, even if the shunt resistor 5 is arranged between them, a sufficient insulating distance can be secured, thereby contributing to small size of the magnetron drive power source.
