A control method of a display device is provided to easily and effectively secure an electronic device having a bus reset when additionally connecting/disconnecting the electronic devices. A new electronic device is added/separated by a user(S10). In a state that the first and third electronic devices are connected, when the second electronic device is additionally connected, the second electronic device generates a bust reset signal(S20). A microprocessor discriminates whether the bus reset signal is received(S30). If the bus reset signal is received, self information of a display device is transmitted to the first to third electronic devices through an IEEE-1394 serial bus(S40). Self information of the first to third electronic devices is also transmitted to other electronic devices. The microprocessor receives the self information of the first to third electronic devices and updates the device information of the first to third electronic devices by means of the received self information(S50). |
