MANUFACTURING METHODS OF HIGH-PERFORMAN SHOCRETE ADMIXTURE

Provided are a high-performance shocrete admixture, which maximizes a quick-setting phenomenon of cement and is maximally dispersed in cement, and a manufacturing method for the same. The method for manufacturing a high-performance shocrete admixture comprises the steps of: mixing sodium hydroxide with aluminum hydroxide in a molar ratio of about 1.0-1,5:1; thereto adding water to dissolve the mixture in water under a high temperature and high pressure condition; cooling the obtained solution; and thereto adding PO(4)^(-3) ions in a ratio of 0.01-0.6mole per aluminum ion 1mole. A supply material of the PO(4)^(-3) ion is at least one selected from the group consisting of phosphoric acid(H3PO4), NaH2PO4, Na2HPO4, and Na3PO4.
