DMB/MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORK LINKAGE PLATFORM FOR INTERACTIVE SERVICE, DMB/MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORK INTEGRATED RECEIVING TERMINAL APPARATUS AND METHOD USING IT

A DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting)/mobile communication network inter-operable platform for interactive service, and a DMB/mobile communication network integrated receiving terminal and a method thereof using the platform are provided to enable interactive data broadcasting service through a mobile communication network by expanding WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability). A DMB/mobile communication network linkage platform for interactive service includes a DMB basic software module(21), a DMB HAL(Handset Adaptation Layer) engine(22), a DMB run time engine(23), and a DMB API(Application Programming Interface) module(24). The DMB basic software module provides a DMB related basic function corresponding to a terminal basic software of WIPI. The DMB HAL engine provides a DMB control related function and interactive communication related function. The DMB run time engine provides an environment where DMB APIs are executed. The DMB API module provides a DMB related basic API corresponding to a basic API of WIPI.
