MEDICAL DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ITS MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency when inspecting an operator and to improve the prediction precision of a period of deletion of data in a medium and a time for changing of media by supporting deletion work of the data in the medium or exchanging work of the media at timing other than the time of inspection by an operator.

SOLUTION: The medical data management system 10 is provided with: a CD-R21 for storing medical data; a CD-R drive 22 for reading and writing the medical data from/to the CD-R21; a capacity information storage means 23 for storing capacity information at the specified cycle of the CD-R21; a storage limit time calculation means 24 for analyzing transition of the capacity information in the specified cycle stored in the capacity information storage means 23 and calculating the storage limit time of the CD-R21; and a monitor 14 for outputting the storage limit time operated by the storage limit time operating means 24.
