<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize a transmission band by simple control. <P>SOLUTION: Management data transmission regions d1, d2 and data transmission regions d3, d4 are defined in a frame period. A plurality of slots S1-S16 are arranged in a data transmission region. Data about the status of the utilization of each slot in each communication station in the data transmission region are transmitted in the management date transmission region.
