<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic sheet high in its shape accuracy and quality and good in the material yield. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the ceramic sheet comprises the printing step wherein a slurry containing a ceramic raw material is printed by screen printing on a carrier film 4. The printing step is performed in a plurality of times, in the first printing step wherein the screen printing is conducted on the carrier film 4 a highly viscous first slurry 111 containing the ceramic raw material is subjected to the screen printing, and in the second printing step wherein the screen printing is conducted on the first slurry 111 it is preferable that a second slurry 112 containing the ceramic raw material and lower in viscosity than the first slurry 111 is subjected to the screen printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
