<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket for a memory card which can be downsized while suppressing increase in cost. <P>SOLUTION: The socket for a memory card has a socket body A on which the memory card MC is detachably mounted, and an antenna block B having a secondary antenna 40 facing an antenna 100 of the memory card MC mounted on the socket body A. Accordingly, the communication range of the memory card MC can be extended by the secondary antenna 40 of the antenna block B arranged facing the memory card MC. Furthermore, because only addition of the antenna block B to the socket body A of a structure similar to a conventional socket for a memory card suffices, the socket can be downsized while suppressing increase in cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
