A multi process compound machining apparatus is provided to increase the productivity by mounting the first and second processing cutting apparatuses at the positions corresponding to the positions of the first and second fixing units. A multi process compound machining apparatus is composed of a rotary table(20) mounted with plural fixing apparatuses(30) to fix a workpiece(100); a worktable(50) arranged at the external side of the rotary table to mount/separate the workpiece at the fixing apparatus; and plural cutting apparatuses(41,42,43,44,45) radially placed at the external side of the rotary table to process the workpiece fixed at the fixing apparatus. The fixing apparatus contains a first fixing unit(30A) where the workpiece is fixed when processing the first surface side of the workpiece, and a second fixing unit(30B) arranged at the side of the first fixing unit, wherein the workpiece is fixed when processing the second surface side of the workpiece. The plural cutting apparatuses contain first and second processing cutting apparatuses. The fixing apparatus contains a fixing plate(31) mounted at the upper side of the rotary table and arranged with the first and second fixing units at both sides, and plural clamps mounted at the fixing plate.
