PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound film with a gas barrier characteristic and a water resistance without a problem on productivity and transparency. SOLUTION: The compound film 10 comprises a first film 11, a primer layer 12a made from an amino containing an organosilicone compound, an alkalisilicate film 12b, an adhesive layer 13 and a second film 14, these five layers are laminated in the order as above, and is characterized by that the alkali silicate film 12b is made contact with the primer layer 12a.
