PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil separator and a blow-by gas reduction device capable of suppressing re-scatter of separated oil mist. SOLUTION: Blow-by gas flowing in from a flow in port 10a impinges on an acquisition plate 32 and oil mist contained in blow by gas adheres on the acquisition plate 32. Blow-by gas from which oil mist is separated by the acquisition plate 32 flows out from a flow out port provided on one side part of a case 21. Oil mist adhering on the acquisition plate 32 is discharged from a discharge port 10c provided on a side part opposing to one side part of the case 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
