Provided is a tire rubber composition for a truck or bus, which shows improved dispersibility of carbon black, reduces viscosity and heat emission, and has improved tensile strength, 300% modulus and wear resistance. The tire rubber composition for a truck or bus comprises: 100 parts by weight of base rubber; 30-70 parts by weight of carbon black; and 0.5-5 parts by weight of a dispersant comprising a mixture of zinc soap with a fatty acid ester. The base rubber includes natural rubber. The zinc soap contain 1-10 wt% of zinc. The dispersant comprises the zinc soap and the fatty acid ester in a mixing ratio of 20:80-40:60. |
