<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety seat of which minimum elements are destroyed during an accident. <P>SOLUTION: A safety seat 1 for an aircraft includes a support structure 5 and a bucket 2 carried by the structure, the bucket 2 includes a seating surface 3 and a backrest 4 connected each other and the backrest is mounted on the support structure under a condition where the backrest slides downward as a whole. A link rod 6 connected to the support structure at a first end part 6a and connected to the seating surface at another end part 6b is provided. The link rod is horizontal as a whole in normal use, and turns downward resisting the action of a shock absorber 7 at a first end part under action of stress acting downward on the seating surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
