Element of non-removable building falsework is arranged as a side screen and includes heat-insulating body made of polystyrene. At all the end surfaces of the screen locks are placed for connection toneighboring elements. The element has wire frame with cells in which in next nearest in vertical positions polyethylene vessels are placed, those are filled with gas under pressure. Heat-insulating body fills all the free gaps between the wire frame and the vessels with formation of single continuous structure.
