The method for modeling the demineralization of the teeth consists in feeding the rats at the age of 5 months on the incomplete diet with the deficit of calcium, phosphorus, and the essential amino acids for two weeks. Furthermore, every day 10% solution of the citric acid is applied onto the teeth of the animals.
