A wall construction material of a wooden building using a compressed board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to efficiently layer and combine materials of a wall in constructing the wooden building, to prevent the material from being deformed or attacked by harmful insects by using the compressed board, and to improve waterproof and insulating properties. A wall construction material(10) of a wooden building using a compressed board comprises a combining groove(10a) formed on one side of each wall material; and a combining protrusion(10b) protruded on the opposite side of the combining groove. The wall construction material is composed of plural compressed boards(11,12,13) by combining one middle board across neighbored boards to form the combining groove and the combining protrusion.
