PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for fixing and stabilizing a pelvis to ease or prevent a lower-back pain. SOLUTION: A quadrangular back part 1 and a cylindrical seat side part 2 are connected using an elastic body, two braids 3 are fitted to the upper part of the back part, and each one braid 4 is fitted to both sides. A metal bar 7 is put as a core into the central part between an quadrangular back part 5 and a cylindrical seat side part 6 using an elastic body, and a fixture 8 is fitted to both ends of the metal bar. The metal bar 7 is put as a core into the central part between the quadrangular back part 5 and the cylindrical seat side part 6 using an elastic body, and a fixture 9 having an expanding and contracting function is fitted to both ends thereof.
