PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasing agent which inhibits the generation of a scratched mark, gloss unevenness, gloss arising on the front surface of a urethane skin molding separated from a mold. SOLUTION: A water releasing agent for shaping a urethane spraying skin of a non-containing type of a wax component. This releasing agent contains an amino modified silicone oil whose amine equivalent is 500-10,000 g/mol and whose kinematic viscosity (JIS k 2238) at 25°C is 30-10,000 mm<SP>2</SP>/s, a glycol series surface active agent, and a fluorochemical surfactant as functional components.
