PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weight assembly type work bench to be used at a construction field and to be easily assembled at the field. SOLUTION: Unevenness machining is performed for front face and rear face of the work bench by using a light weight plastic forming material. A hole is passed through left and right sides of the front face of the work bench. The side face is closed by the plastic forming material. The work bench is made into a sealed cavity. In assembled parts of the work bench, assembling cut-outs are provided commonly to each of male part and female part. Recessed groove machining is performed for a connecting part. Two pairs of supporting bases that male supporting bases and female supporting bases are vertically combined in a cross shape are arranged in a cross-coupled shape.
