<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the management of a dosimeter inside a radiation-controlled area without making the facility cost high. <P>SOLUTION: When a user acquires and retains ID information, showing an ID card to an entrance and exit management device 3, the wireless dosimeter 2 is started by any one of electromagnetic induction, infrared communication, and ultrasonic communication. The started dosimeter 2 receives and retains the ID information from the entrance and exit management device 3. The interference of radio waves is inhibited in the wireless dosimeter 2 by starting any one of electromagnetic induction, infrared communication, the ultrasonic communication. Only the wireless dosimeter 2, which the user who shows the ID card in front of the entrance and exit management device 3 possesses, is started.
