<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To superimpose a signal on irradiation light, and to use it for the start of a transmission protocol in a technology for supplying a power source to an IC card with irradiation light, and for executing data transmission/reception by magnetic coupling. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery performs photoelectric conversion by receiving the irradiation light of an IC card reader/writer. A filter 14 rectifies the output of a solar battery 13, and outputs it to a power supply circuit 15. Furthermore, the filter 14 separates and extracts the AC components of a predetermined frequency, and outputs it to an IC part 16. The power supply circuit 15 supplies the rectified output to each section as a power source. A waveform shaping circuit 19 shapes the AC components into a clock pulse. A control part 20 drives a coil 17 or a magnetic sensor 18, and synchronizes data transmission/reception by using the clock pulse. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
