PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching DC power supply control unit that has a simple circuit configuration, and is resistant to variations in loads and input, and noise. SOLUTION: The DC power supply control unit controls an output voltage by switching control. The DC power supply control unit comprises a switching means, a drive means for driving the switching means, a reference voltage setting means for setting a reference voltage; an output voltage detection means for detecting an output voltage, a comparison means having hysteresis characteristics, an addition means for adding the output of the output voltage detection means to that of the comparison means; an integration means for integrating the output of the addition means, a phase compensation means consisting of the serial connection of first resistance and first capacitance, and a coupling means consisting of the parallel connection of second resistance and second capacitance. The output of the reference voltage setting means is connected to a first input of the comparison means. The output of the integration means is connected to a second input of the comparison means via the coupling means. The output of the output voltage detection means is connected to a second input of the comparison means via third resistance. The output of the output voltage detection means is connected to the input of the coupling means via the phase compensation means.
