PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board case wherein a bracket for being mounted to an object to be mounted can hardly be bent. SOLUTION: Between a front wall 5b of a cover body 50 of a protecting cover, and a bracket piece 31, a strip-shaped rib 33 recessed toward an upper part of the bracket piece 31 is provided. A pair of first recessed parts 34, 34 recessed toward a lower part of the bracket piece 31 are provided so as to put the rib 33 therebetween, thereby enhancing strength of a boundary between the front wall 50b and the bracket piece 31. Also, a projecting part 55 is provided on a lower peripheral edge part of the cover body 50 so as to cover the cover body 50, and is connected to the bracket piece 31, thereby improving the strength of the bracket piece 31 and the whole cover body 50.
