PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing a hinge cover, not using screws or the like, and which can be easily fixed onto a seat and has excellence in an appearance. SOLUTION: The hinge cover 11 covers a hinge bracket 4 connecting a seat back of a folding and spring-up seat to a seat cushion. An undercover 17 covering the bottom of the seat cushion extends to the bottom of the bracket 4. An upward-hanging part 21 formed on the bottom of the cover 11 is retained to a retaining pawl 20 formed on an extension 17a of the undercover 17 to fix the bottom of the cover 11 onto the undercover 17.
